This Site is owned and operated by PZZL Design LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
The Company provides interior design consulting services only.
Services may include:
Paint color consulting
Space planning guidance
Furniture and finish recommendations
Styling and design strategy
Digital or in-person design consultations
The Company does not perform or directly contract structural work, engineering, demolition, electrical work, plumbing, or any construction requiring a contractor’s license.
No walls, structural components, or load-bearing elements are altered by this firm.
Any implementation of design recommendations is the sole responsibility of the property owner.
2. Contractors & Licensing
If a client chooses to hire contractors, tradespeople, or vendors in connection with a project:
Those contractors must be properly licensed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, or any state in which the project is located.
The Company does not assume responsibility for the performance, work quality, licensing status, insurance, or compliance of third-party contractors.
Any agreements with contractors are strictly between the client and the contractor.
Clients are responsible for verifying licensing and insurance prior to engaging any third party.
3. No Professional Engineering or Legal Advice
All recommendations provided are design opinions and aesthetic guidance only.
Nothing on this Site constitutes:
Engineering advice
Architectural services
Legal advice
Code compliance certification
Clients are responsible for confirming compliance with local building codes, HOA regulations, permitting requirements, and state laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use of this Site or any services provided.
All design decisions implemented by a client are done at the client’s own discretion and risk.
